Our Promise
Every arrangement we deliver is backed by our 7-day freshness guarantee. If your flowers don’t stay fresh for at least seven days, we’ll re-make them. Flowers are cut, hand-tied, and delivered the same day by a real local florist, so they reach you as fresh as possible — straight from farm to vase.
What’s Covered
- Stems that wilt, droop, or fail to open within seven days of delivery.
- Arrangements that arrive damaged or not as described.
- Blooms that don’t match the freshness standard your local studio designs to.
How It Works
Flowers are living things, and a little care goes a long way: trim the stems, change the water every couple of days, and keep the arrangement out of direct sun and away from heat. If your flowers still don’t hold up within the first seven days, reach out with your order details and a quick photo and we’ll re-make the arrangement or make it right.
